Location : The flat is located 800 mt far from the typical tourist centre of Es Pujols which is very well-known thanks to its lively nights and to a great number of Formentera- style restaurants and pubs.

The flat is situated in the centre of the island Formentera in a strategic site to easily reach either with a motorbike or with a car the very famous beach of Illetas. Since Formentera is a little island, any other beach could be anyway reached very quickly.

The Formentera style building is located in a quite position near the main road from Saint Fernando to Es Pujols and has two floors with a total number of 8 apartments. The building has a wide garden with Mediterranean shrubs and a outside parking for motorbikes and cars (parking in the garden is not allowed). A very useful shop selling foodstuffs and others is located 100 mt far from the flat.

The apartment is situated at the first floor with its own entrance, has a wood-sheltered veranda (4 x 2 mt) with panoramic view and is equipped with outside table and chairs, has a bright living room (4 x 4 mt), equipped with chairs and table, 2 comfortable single-bed sofas, the kitchen completely equipped with all necessary kitchenware, the bathroom and a bedroom (4 x 3 mt) with a twin-bed.

The flat is not luxury but very comfortable and beautiful thanks also to the Formentera typical furniture and the bright colours of the paintings.

In the living room as well as in the bedroom, very useful ventilators are mounted on the ceiling to refresh the rooms during the summer season.

The bathroom has a wash basin, a wc and bath-tub that can be used as a shower. No washing machine and dishes washing machine are available in the flat.

The flat is rented without bedclothes and towels that, if requested, could be supplied separately with an additional fee each.
The flat is quite and grants a good privacy but since it is located in a building near other apartments, all guests are kindly requested to avoid high noises during the night.
